Shipping policy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

Eligibility for Reshipping:

  1. Original Item Only:

    • Reshipped packages will contain the exact same item(s) as the original order. This includes the same size, color, design, and style. No changes or substitutions are permitted.

  2. Conditions for Reshipping:

    • The original package must be reported as undelivered, damaged, or containing incorrect items within [14 days] of the delivery date.
    • For damaged items or incorrect orders, photographic evidence may be required.

  3. Address Verification:

    • Customers must confirm their shipping address for the reshipped package. Any errors in the original address must be corrected prior to reshipping.

Exclusions:

  • Reshipment will not be provided for reasons outside of shipping issues (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer).
  • Lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided during checkout are not eligible unless corrected and reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Process for Reshipping:

  1. Contact our customer service team at LIBARELLI with your order details.
  2. Provide any requested evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items or confirmation of non-delivery).
  3. Once approved, your replacement package will be processed and shipped promptly.

Additional Notes:

  • Reshipped packages are subject to standard shipping times.
  • If a reshipped package is also lost or damaged, further action will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping at that time.
